The BMF was fun, oh indeed. Top dollar.
But we also know that it was an unmitigated failure at attracting visitors to our island. Again. And don’t even try to spin the “buzz” angle!
In my opinion, the BMF … along with its peer boondoggles the PGA, the Love Festival, and the ADHT conference … exemplifies the political tinkering, self-interest, and distraction that has left Bermuda’s tourism sector as a ruined economic basket-case.
