Members of the UK Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons are visiting Bermuda this week as part of an inquiry into the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s (FCO) responsibilities in relation to the Overseas Territories.
The Committee will hold an open forum for the public on Tuesday, March 11 at Mount St Agnes School Auditorium from 5.15 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to share their views with the Committee on any matter and to better inform UK MPs on current issues in Bermuda.
The Foreign Affairs Committee is bipartisan – including MPs from both the Government and Opposition parties – a spirit of cooperation that Bermuda should wish to emulate more often.
