I hope it is not true that the Bermuda Government has refused to grant the bda.bm url to the Bermuda Democratic Alliance. That would smack of petty interference with the first breath of fresh air in Bermuda’s political life in decades. The BDA will need to learn aggression to build respect, as the two political grey hairs try to cram them back in the box. Y’all are saying all the nice progressive things, but I wanna see you spit and hiss some as well.
You see, the UBP’s desire to be the sweet and reasonable pussycat let them be walked all over. If you want to make a lasting mark, you better be able to combine all those healthy promises of accountability with a good mean dose of tomcat.
Don’t think this fight is just about leadership when your opponents think it’s about power.
