Vexed Bermoothes

Santa Claus visited Hamilton this weekend, with big crowds of families and Christmas cheer.

I think his eyes popped out at the sheer numbers of glittering majorettes who were clamouring to escort him around the city streets.  I think he was also surprised by the dance moves as well, which were (cough), shall we say “frisky”?  Or maybe risque?  And what was the deal with the aggressive rap music?

I am glad to hear the talk shows buzzing (as well as Senator Kim Wilson fuming) over how inappropriate this was for a family event.  It’s a Christmas parade, not a stripper audition!  It should be festive, not “fight night”!

It’s sad to see the lack of judgement, as well as the overt sexualisation of 6 year old girls.

Clean up the act!
