This sideshow illustrates perfectly the importance of the Register of Interests for politicians to disclose their possible conflicts of interest, a clear code of conduct in public life, freedom of information laws, as well as anti-corruption laws.
One of the TCI newspapers (closely associated with the Government) is complaining websites making all this public are just dragging the country down. Cough. It seems your own leaders are doing the dragging, chums. And did you know that the Combined Opposition is an international conspiracy?
